Dodo Brands Announces CEO Transition

Dodo Brands (owner of the Dodo Pizza and Drinkit brands) announces a planned CEO transition. Dmitry Soloviev, who has held the position since September 2024, is leaving the company. Kirill Vyrypaev will become the new CEO of Dodo Brands starting September 1, 2026.

Dmitry Soloviev joined Dodo Brands in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer for the Domestic Region, became Head of Domestic Markets in October 2022, and was appointed CEO of Dodo Brands on September 1, 2024. During Dmitry Soloviev’s tenure as CEO, the company’s revenue increased from $1 billion to $1.8 billion, and the total number of system-wide locations across both brands grew from 1,139 to 1,740 locations. Dodo Brands thanks him for his contribution to the company’s growth.

Kirill Vyrypaev, who is a familiar figure at the company, will take over as the new CEO of Dodo Brands. Until 2023, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dodo Brands, and from 2024 to 2026, he worked as CFO of the Yandex 360 business unit. Kirill has also been a member of the Dodo Brands Board of Directors since 2021.
