Dodo Brands 15 Years: Milestone Growth, $1.8B in Revenue, and a Roadmap to 4,000 Units
Astana, Kazakhstan, April 2026 — Dodo Brands, the parent company of Dodo Pizza and the digital-first coffee chain Drinkit, celebrates its 15th anniversary by reporting a milestone year of global growth. In 2025, the group’s system-wide revenue exceeded $1.8 billion, a 22% year-on-year increase, bringing the company closer to its strategic goal to become a global multi-brand QSR operator.
From Startup to Global Tech-Driven Ecosystem
Founded in 2011 with a single pizzeria in Syktyvkar, Dodo Pizza has grown into one of the world’s top 10 largest pizza chains and was previously recognized as the world’s fastest-growing pizza brand (Technomic, 2021). In 2025 Dodo Pizza entered four new markets — Qatar, Mongolia, Montenegro, and Spain — and signed master franchise agreements in Mexico, Morocco, Iraq, and Hungary. Meanwhile, currently present in four markets including its recent entry into Azerbaijan, Drinkit is now gearing up for its next launch in Qatar.
“From day one, Dodo Pizza was built for scale. Our franchise model wasn’t designed for dozens of stores — it was designed for thousands. We’ve always seen ourselves as a future global multi-brand QSR operator, and we still do,” says Dmitry Soloviev, CEO of Dodo Brands.
“Radical transparency is a core part of how we scale with both brands. We publish real-time sales data for every restaurant and coffee shop directly from our internal systems, making unit economics visible across markets and performance levels. This creates trust, enforces discipline, and helps partners make faster, data-driven decisions. It also attracts operators who are ready to take full ownership of their results — which is critical for building a high-performing global franchise network.”
The Power of Dodo IS
The backbone of Dodo Brands’ rapid scalability is Dodo IS, a proprietary, cloud-based platform developed by an in-house team of 300 engineers. Provided to franchise partners to ensure operational excellence, the platform integrates:
- Full-stack Management: ERP, POS, supply chain, and real-time analytics.
- High Performance: Capable of handling peak loads of up to 1,040 orders per minute.
- Customer Engagement: The Dodo Pizza app serves 9 million monthly active users across 26 countries, utilizing AI for quality control and demand forecasting.
What’s Next
Looking ahead, Dodo Brands plans to open more than 400 new restaurants globally in 2026 as it continues to scale its multi-brand platform. This is a key step toward the group’s 2030 goal: to reach 4,000 locations — including 3,000 Dodo Pizza units and 1,000 Drinkit stores. This growth is projected to see target market capitalization of $1B, supported by a tech-driven operating model and a resilient network of franchise partners. Today, Dodo Brands operates 1,657 locations across 26 countries.
